Hi, thank you for dropping by to my personal site. I have been a software developer for more than 5 years. However, I have decided to explore more into the world of business. I might try to involve in different kind of businesses, however, my priority goes to my first company called Joove Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., which is an Animation Production Firm. This blog is all about my personal experience and my life. I am full with ideas, and I will achieve every one of them step by step.
Note: This blog is meant for expressing my thoughts and experiences in starting up my business. As I am still in my start-up stage, my thoughts might be too shallow and with the limited experiences and knowledge i possess, reading this blog might not be able to benefits you. and, I am sorry for my broken english too… 
Penang Road Trip (July 2008)
Before things get busy with my project, I decided to pampered myself for a 2 days 1 night Makan trip with some friends. Sight seeing has never happen along the trip, the main purpose of this trip is all about food, food, food and food. I tend to blog with the foods which we had in the entire trip for the upcoming few entries. Too bad, I forgotten to bring my camera along, the pictures taken with my phone wasn’t that good quality. However, the following is the summary of our schedule:
- 26 Jul 2008, 06:30 a.m. – Departure
- 26 Jul 2008, 09:00 a.m. – Arrived Ipoh
- 26 Jul 2008, 09:15 a.m. – Dim Sum in Ipoh (Restaurant Foh San Sdn Bhd)
- 26 Jul 2008, 10:30 a.m. – Departure to Penang
- 26 Jul 2008, 12:30 p.m. – Check in to G-Hotel
- 26 Jul 2008, 01:30 p.m. – Penang Road Cendol and Asam Laksa
- 26 Jul 2008, 03:00 p.m. – ordered Goreng Pisang
- 26 Jul 2008, 03:30 p.m. – Sneak into a hotel near Batu Ferringgi, enjoy Goreng Pisang along the beach
- 26 Jul 2008, 04:00 p.m. – Beer! and head back to hotel
- 26 Jul 2008, 04:30 p.m. – Had Gurney drive famous “Ma Zhi / Mua Chi“
- 26 Jul 2008, 05:00 p.m. – Lepak in Starbucks. (I took a nap back in the room)
- 26 Jul 2008, 06:00 p.m. – Rest in hotel.
- 26 Jul 2008, 08:30 p.m. – Dinner: Mixed Swine Porridge, Satay, Fried Chicken Skin, Ikan Bakar, Fried egg with Oyster (“hou jian” 蚝煎)
- 26 Jul 2008, 10:30 p.m. – Had 2 Jugs of Beer in QE 2
- 27 Jul 2008, 12:30 a.m. – Plan to have supper for Nasi Kandar, however, the queue is tooooo long… what the heck, its 12 a.m.! we quit~!
- 27 Jul 2008, 01:00 a.m. – Supper in Gurney Drive, Sotong Kangkung
- 27 Jul 2008, 01:30 a.m. – Watch Penang Stuntman Drive in Reverse direction in Gurney Roundabout.
- 27 Jul 2008, 10:00 a.m. – Breakfast in G-hotel
- 27 Jul 2008, 11:30 a.m. – Check out
- 27 Jul 2008, 12:30 a.m. – Bought some penang Tau Sar Pneah in Ghee Hiang
- 27 Jul 2008, 12:30 a.m. – Penang Sister Char Kuey Teoh
- 27 Jul 2008, 13:30 p.m. – Leaving Penang with Ferry
- 27 Jul 2008, 14:30 p.m. – Tambun for Seafood: Sotong, Roasted Crab, Fried LALA, Fried Mee, Vege, Beer,
- 27 Jul 2008, 17:30 p.m. – Famous Ipoh Sprout Chicken
- 27 Jul 2008, 20:30 p.m. – Back to K.L.
Watch out for my other entries on the follow up of this penang makan trip. Anyway, anyone got anymore good recommendation of food in penang, drop me a comment here. So that we could visit some other days.
The start of a jobless life. (Putting myself in Deep Shit)
It has been 4 months being jobless after my last contract. Although there is an attractive offer placed right in front of me, however, i refused to take it, and straight head start to what I have always dream about, which is to become a business owner of my own. I don’t dare to categories myself as an ‘Entrepreneur’, cause I didn’t really prepare for that. However, things that I have done so far makes me feels like one of them.
It took me quite some time to quit my job. My aim is to survive without a job. So…. i quit my job, and get myself into real deep shit situation. Realizing that I have no fix Income, I got an insurance to pay, my parents are retiring, my brother is still studying, and petrol hikes like hell within the past few months, and my savings are draining so fast. So, i have to force myself to work for my own money and to achieve the dreams I wanted.
So, what will I be doing, hmmmm…. yet to know…
