In fact, the government not much care about non-bumi, all talented are gone and migrated. Many talented Chinese have their own invention and marketing plan but lack of fund. Namewee is one of the example. Slowly, more business by local entrepreneur will be taken over by government, as you can see, Robert Kuok(sugar king), and soon, Sp Setia…

Yeah malaysia lost another talented man!!!!.
And recently Malaysia going backwards in Technology. Block most websites etc…. even MSC Bill of Guarantees clause 7 stated :-
“To ensure no censorship of the Internet.”

I believe all of us love our country Malaysia however, the system & leaders of the country are just discouraging people and constantly very frustrating.

Another talent lost. Am quite discouraged and sadden to see this.

Sorry if I seem to pour cold water over this article. But I always believe in the phrase “The truth will set you free”.
Call it any name you want, Pendrive, Thumbdrive, DiskOnKey, Data Traveller, Extreme Contour, Cruzer Drive ect. The original patent for this invention whereby a flash memory chip is connected to a USB port is from an Isreali company named M-System. The man who invented this device is Mr. Dov Moran.

What Pua did was to use his knowledge he acquired to commercially produce another brand called Pendrive. His achievement no doubt is commendable (Its beyond my wildest imagination if I could achieve what he did).

The fact remains. For as long as our politicians comes from UMNO and who rule over this land “Race and Religion” will always be their battle cry and their main national policy…

Having say that I believe there wil be more Pua’s in the future and our stupid government will not give a damn!

Haiz, what a waste. Here the Malaysian government is pushing hard to get the talents to come back but the thing is that due to redtape, political and agenda before every project. This talents won’t come back. Talents are lost and they have to find footing elsewhere outside the country to expend and get people to appreciate their invention. MSC need to have foresight on the technology and patent the local creates. It may not be now but this technology might turn into good use in the future.

well, malaysia does not have the kind of environment for technopreneurs like him to succeed, hence, his success was largely attributed to Taiwan’s education system, like it or not. And a funny but true reason was also that without the kind of education discrimination, he would not have created this thing.

So instead of saying that Malaysia loses a bright person, we should just be gladful that he made our file sharing all possible in today’s world and hopefully he can make it so big that one day our government needs to go to him to beg him to build a factory in Malaysia, which he already did.

Sometimes the environment plays a huge part, and in this case, it clearly is.
